Norwich Sling Library has been set up to allow parents to make an informed decision on babywearing and help them to choose a carrier that best suits them and their child. We also give peer to peer support and advice on babywearing to ensure it’s done as safely as possible. At our monthly meets and open days, slings and carriers are available to try on, and as from January we will be also offering a hiring service, where for a small fee you can try the sling or carrier for the month between meets. As you browse through the website, you will find we have a list of what carriers and slings we have for hire, as well as tips on babywearing and safety whilst babywearing. Thanks to the generous donations of the people of Norwich and companies in and around the UK and EU, we have many different types and brands of carrier.
